== Heating Zones ==
The upstairs and the downstairs are the 2 separate heating zones.

==== Upstairs ====

The thermostat is by the closet across from the top of the front stairs, in the craft area. The heat and cooling are in the closet.

==== Downstairs ====

The room in the back left corner of the main room (looking toward the back of the building) contains our boiler and our hot water tank.

The thermostat is located in the metal shop area. The manual is at [http://www.radiothermostat.com/filtrete/guides/3M-50-Operation-13may10.pdf] but it has not yet been configured using the wifi module.

The front room has a thermostat near the safe. This system is independently controlled by the same boiler system in the boiler room.

== Maintenance ==
Some of our HVAC systems require regular maintenance.

==== Pumps ====

In the boiler room the two red pumps that force hot water for radiant heat in the front room and the shop area. These pumps have three ports for oil lubrication. The two ports on either side of the pump get 3 drops of oil each, the covered port over the bearing needs one strong squirt. This needs to be done annually. This was last preformed 4/1/13.

The furnace upstairs has a filter that will need to be changed every winter.

* Sacha is taking the temperature of the room on service hours. Members must put in work for membership. Sweat equity requirement. It was largely rejected. Sacha also suggested splitting the board and the officers to split the work load to reduce burn out.

* Board Introductions Membership total starving full.

* New People: Tommy loves RGB lights, sounds, and arduino.
* Gene is new to the DIY movement. Does R programming. Loves open source.
* Jacob came with Tommy, has hacked game systems before and wants to expand.
* Joe does Python and building a rep rap.
* John saw us on hackerspace.com wanted to check us out. Does embedded software for micro-controllers.
* Greg visited last summer and is here to stay. Builds robots and weather balloon.
* Stina is an artist and wants to get messy
* Michelle is a metalsmith

===Agenda===
* We have a new CNC machine we need 400-500 dollars in materials.
* Contact microphone class was good. Many new people showed up.
* Lindsay proposes two classes, Intro to hand sewing (including e-textiles), and How to dress like a man.
* Avner proposes a group rate for classes for the brew and grow around the corner. For brewing only. Info on the members list.
* Sacha talked about space history and future.
* Jim dropped out of the race and endorses Patrick.

* Rachel wants to use the laser cutter. Designs jewelry.
