===Abstract===

For each new term of the Board of Directors, a voting record will be documented alongside. As outlined in the Bylaws, the new term begins with the election of the board in January each year.

Votes brought to the membership are identified by "MV.**" with the asterisks representing a sequential number assigned to each proposal to be voted on. Should an issue be brought to a vote of the board, that instance would we signified "BV.**"

The 2011 Session will begin on January 18th, 2011.
