*Heat the press to 310* F
*Press your fabric for 5 seconds to preheat it
*Apply the graphic with a Teflon sheet over it
*Press for 15 seconds
*Remove the graphic promptly, with a single swift motion
*Press it again with the Teflon sheet for 25-30 seconds
