NOTE 1: Member should sign up using the Join process first, once a member has joined using the [Membership Portal]
NOTE 2: You need a role in Deep Harbor that permits ID checking. Please contact the [Deep Harbor Team] for assistance.
Performing an ID Check
- Sign into the [Deep Harbor Admin Portal]
- Find the member using the search bar
- Navigate to the "Forms" tab
- Check their ID:
- Verify the DOB on the ID and confirm they are over 18 years of age
- Select Edit
- Enter your name or username and the current date
- Save the profile
- Check their ID:
- Navigate to the "Status" tab
- Switch "Membership Status" to ACTIVE
- Save the profile
You have completed an ID check!
