The Balloon Baron (aka James Tiberius Burke) is the 2010 & 2011 Director al Largo at Pumping Station: One. When he is not conjuring plans that will doom him, he works as a balloon man. He now headlines powerwheels, which will doom us all. Oh no. OH YES. Oh no.
He's also a Level 50 Troll, who once was able to troll himself into thinking he didn't write this. Which he did, but he totally forgot once too.
Things Jim Does Well:
-Rallies troops and can occasionally get shit done
-Tries
-Sometimes draws and does art stuff
