The remote to turn the projector on is on the sewing wall, typically above the gravity iron board.
The remote to turn the projector is hanging on a tether from the ceiling. Pull it towards you to use, then retract. Be gentle.

=== Setting up the projector ===
- Power on projector (again using remote)

- The paper roll below the table can be used for calibrating the projector. it also helps with menu navigation.

- Once projector is powered on, go to the 'wireless' section and hit 'okay' on the remote. Then choose the device type. I have not been able to setup the arts computer with the projector. using your own device is recommended.

- Once the projector is casting to the appropriate device (follow on screen(on table?) instructions, navigate to [http://Patternprojector.com patternprojector.com] on your device.

- Hit the 'calibrate' button. A grid will appear with measurements. move the corners out to match the grid on the paper roll. Once the gridlines on the projector line up exactly with the grid on the paper.

- Once calibrated, you can choose a file to project. PDFs have worked best for me. you can roll up the paper below the table before cutting fabric

General Notes

Do not touch the projector. Only touch the remote

The remote to turn the projector is hanging on a tether from the ceiling. Pull it towards you to use, then retract. Be gentle.

Setting up the projector

- Power on projector (again using remote)

- The paper roll below the table can be used for calibrating the projector. it also helps with menu navigation.

- Once projector is powered on, go to the 'wireless' section and hit 'okay' on the remote. Then choose the device type. I have not been able to setup the arts computer with the projector. using your own device is recommended.

- Once the projector is casting to the appropriate device (follow on screen(on table?) instructions, navigate to patternprojector.com on your device.

Projecting Patterns

patternprojector.com is used for calibrating sizes and displaying patterns. The projector is connected to Wifi, and can be used as a cast device (airplay on apple devices) when connected to the "PumpingStationOne" Wifi network.

The pattern projector can be used to project patterns roughly 20" by 30". This is somewhat dependent on your devices resolution/ aspect ratio.. Laptops at 1920x1080 or equivalent ratio can use the most amount of room, while ipads and similar devices with slightly wider ratios would project lower. The 20" x 30" above is what can comfortably fit on the projector area from an ipad.
