This tool requires certification for use.

Capacity 16" from the blade to the column
Blade Size 120" blade. Width can be up to 1". Each blade width requires a set of four hardened steel guides. We don't have guides for blades wider than 1/2".
Blade Speed approximately 45 to 1600 FPM, continuously variable.

Operating Notes

Change speed range by moving the lever up and to the other side. Only do this when the motor is running and when the variable speed setting is at its lowest speed.

Change the variable speed setting only when the motor is running.

Install new blade.

Replace thrust bearings in blade guide.

Blade welder is missing the grinder motor. The welder has not been tested. The 20 amp plug/outlet may not be sufficient.
