Heading 1

There are too many coders in charge, they don't quite understand that most people don't code or care to. The wiki is mostly tool information and meeting notes. The wiki needs to be more friendly for non technical people. Wiki text sucks.
New Created pages should have an option to load one of several pre-formatted pages: tool, personal (like this one), project so a person doesn't have to then go hunt down a wiki started page
