Background
The space has many drills and impact drivers of all different brands, battery types, and levels of brokenness.
It would be easier to guarantee a charged drill at all times with one brand and one type of battery.
Language
We authorize the board, or a member deputized by the board, to spend up to $600 acquiring drills, impact drivers, and accessories.
We authorize the board, or a member deputized by the board, to dispose of any current drill/drivers in the space at their discretion.
Receipts will be posted on the wiki.
The spending and disposal authority will expire 90 days after it goes into effect.
