As of June 2022, the member management team will handle the assignment of spaces. Same process overall, but MMT [https://wiki.pumpingstationone.org/Volunteer_Positions#Membership_Management_Team_.28MMT.29]will be your front end process. The General operations Team [https://wiki.pumpingstationone.org/Volunteer_Positions#Membership_Management_Team_.28MMT.29]will continue to monitor the spaces and deal with moves, changes of status and the eventual evictions. MMT serves you, GOT gets to be Tidy Space manager. More in line with other operations.


So to get a space, contact the member management team. THEY WILL HELP YOU BY CHECKING BOTH THE PHYSICAL SHELVES AND THE STORAGE REGISTRY HERE. THEN ASSIGN YOU A SPACE AND UPDATE THE RECORD IN THE REGISTRY AND YOUR MEMBERSHIP PROFILE.
To Aquire a Shelf or Locker


* Upgrade your membership to “Member with Storage” through the membership portal (ask for assistance from [[Mailto:info@pumpingstationone.org|info@pumpingstationone.org]] if needed). It is an additional $30 monthly
GOT will handle removals due to your conscious choice to reduce your $$ or abandonment, by comparing this Registry with an extract of the membership Db based on a keyword "storage" search.


* Find a locker or shelf that you would like to rent, confirm that it is unclaimed by checking that it is A. empty B. no name on the wiki C. no name on the locker
We will do all edits to the registry and your profile (new spaces=MMT, separations/reductions=GOT). Gn.
* Update the Member Storage Registry page (this page!) to include your name corresponding to the space that you would like to have.
* Write your full name, or the email address attached to your membership account, LEGIBLY on a piece of tape and stick it to your locker

To Aquire a Shelf or Locker

Catwalk Shelf Registry

-Alpha Alpha designations refer to mini shelves used for PS1 official projects

The catwalk is where some of our member leased server Systems infrastructure are located. Additionally, member shelves are on the catwalk.

Please do not store items on the catwalk, except on member shelves. Loose items will be ticketed

On the catwalk, numbering starts with the upper left shelf and goes down, then across.
