The membership of Pumping Station: One hereby decides to replace in its entirety all bylaws written and/or passed prior to this moment and install this document as the new bylaws, effective immediately.
Notes
Due to the sensitivity and drastic nature of this vote, we are requiring 50% of all members to pass it, and it will be done with a written ballot with names attached to votes.
