  • Formalize restrictions for members not current on payments.

• Loft
  • "This is our loft. It's pretty awesome" -- Sarah
  • Time lapse video of the whole build weekend on the blog
  • Sarah would like to have a limit of 20 people at a time occupancy.
  • Loft materials paid out of pocket, not by PS1.
    • If you have some extra cash to throw down, the quicker we finish, the faster the loft gets completed.
    • Save your reciepts.

• Confusion Committee (Dan)
  • Committee to improve communication within and outside the group.
  • Many project groups not getting the word out to everyone, pimp your work!
  • Responsible for updating the public, organizing wiki, etc.
    • Interested parties: Dan, Adam, Nathan
  • Internal Communications go hand in hand with effective fundraising and public relations.
  • Document the projects you're working on Cameras/Video camera's will be available at the space.

• Scav Hunt
  • Scavenger hunt starting Thursday morning.
    • Lots of U of C grads have a mischievous weekend of miscellany with their cohorts. You are welcome to join.

• POSI (Andrew)
  • Software that maps out people's goals/interests, similar to skills exchange.
  • Gets information from twitter feeds, etc. and analyzes
  • Would like to have a meeting with members of the POSI group here at the space.
  • Open Fair Credit Project
  • Inventory Management Software
  • 2 weeks from today, POSI group will meet at 6:00 in the space

• FRED (Free Ridiculously Entertaining Discourse)
  • TED talks for the working man (So to speak) only more of a lecture series
  • Idea being that they're people you haven't heard of inspiring you to do new things.
    • Mitch Altman will be first FRED speaker.
  • Suggestions for speakers?

• Wed @ 7:00 & Sun @ 1:00/2:00 - Paul running programming meetings
  • Basically, will be available to answer any programming questions
