Pumping Station: One will provide a budget of up to $970 to whomever purchases materials for and builds out kitchen walls for Pumping Station: One where the kitchen equipment is currently located, also enclosing the beer brewing equipment. This will not include electrical build out, which will be handled later once walls have been created to install electrical circuits in. The kitchen will be 13.5' x 32'. |

1. Add the words "Other policies regarding pre-requisites and requirements for membership and joining procedures may be created and modified by a vote of the Board of Directors." To the end of the Eligibility for Membership at Any Tier paragraph of the bylaws. |

2. Affirm that the Board of Directors should then consider adding attendance of N00bs' Paradise as pre-requesite for membership, required within 3 months of joining. |
