The board is hereby authorized to negotiate for and sign a lease for the space at 3519 N. Elston, and to spend any money necessary to move and to maintain operation of the hackerspace as continuously as possible during the move, including but not limited to:

Moving supplies

  • Moving trucks
  • Hand trucks
  • Boxes
  • Pizza & beverage bribes for labor

Build out supplies

  • Tables
  • Shelves
  • Paint
