Returning Members

How do you identify a member who exists?

• Their profile exists in the [Deep Harbor Admin Portal]
  • They are set to "inactive" or an invalid membership tier
• They won't be able to log into reactivate. We are working on this Folf (talk) 20:24, 3 March 2026 (CST)

How do you onboard them?

If they are post-2021:

1. Direct them to [[1]] and have them pay for the appropriate membership tier
2. Confirm that their Membership Status is now ACTIVE in the Status tab of the [Deep Harbor Admin Portal]
3. Confirm that their membership tier aligns with their intended membership level

If they are pre-2021 and they have no account:

• Advise them to register from scratch using the [Membership Portal]

If they are pre-2021 and they have a profile in Deep Harbor
